This Privacy Policy is issued by the developer of Motroxia (the “App”), who acts as the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Japanese privacy laws.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.
When you enable the GPS widget, the App accesses location information (latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, heading). This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to any external server controlled by us.
To connect to OBD2 adapters, the App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Scanned device names, MAC addresses, and service UUIDs are stored locally on your device as required for connection.
The App reads diagnostic data from your vehicle (engine RPM, speed, temperatures, etc.) through the OBD2 adapter. This data is processed locally and is not sent to any external server.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect your device’s Advertising Identifier and related device information for ad serving and frequency capping.
For ad optimization and crash reporting, anonymous statistics (device model, OS version, app version, crash logs) may be collected by Google AdMob and Google Play services.
Premium feature purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. The App receives a purchase token only; no payment card or financial information is accessible to the App.

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). The App does not use cookies. The third-party SDKs (AdMob) may use device identifiers and similar tracking technologies as described in their respective privacy policies.
